Membership

After reviewing the Code of Ethics and the CCHC Bylaws (located below),  you may complete the on-line membership application.   If applying for an Associate membership or Active membership, please fill out the on-line application below .  Your application will be forwarded to the secretary.

Membership Application

ACCEPTANCE OF THE CCHC BYLAWS & CODE OF ETHICS By submitting my application, I (we) agree to be bound by the Bylaws, Constitution and Code of Ethics of the Central Carolina Havanese Club and the rules of the American Kennel Club.  Please Review them on this page, prior to submitting your application. I (we) understand that violation of the Code of Ethics will lead to disciplinary action up to and including termination of membership in the Central Carolina Havanese Club.  I also understand that I may NOT use the club name, claim to be affiliated with the club or use the Logo on my website without the Board of Director's prior knowledge and approval.

Junior or Associate Membership

$11.00
Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

Membership is from July 1st to June 30th.  Dues are due up until 30 days after July 1st.  If paying in check or cash, fee is $10.  Listed fee includes Paypal service fee.

Active Single Membership

$22.00
Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

Membership is from July 1st to June 30th.  If paying in check or cash, fee is $20.

Active Family Membership

$32.00
Pay with PayPal or a debit/credit card

Membership is from July 1st to June 30th.  If paying in cash or check, fee is $30.
